Step-by-Step Login Guide:
- Open the Login Page
Navigate to your company’s mediacockpit URL in your web browser. - Enter Your Credentials
- Username: This is usually your email or assigned login ID.
- Password: Enter the password provided by your administrator or set via a previous login.
- (Optional) Use External Login
If configured, you may see a button labeled “Login as External User”.
- This allows SSO (Single Sign-On) via platforms like Azure AD or OAuth providers.
- If enabled, simply click and authenticate through your organization’s identity provider.
- Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)
